Who We Are

Commonwealth Corporation is Massachusetts’ quasi-public workforce development agency. Each year, we administer grants and manage training programs that help thousands of youth and adults prepare for high-demand careers. The Re-Entry Workforce Development Demonstration Program (RWDDP) is an initiative of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development which works to improve workforce outcomes among individuals returning to their communities after incarceration.
