About Our New Logo
The CommCorp logo and brand have undergone a significant transformation. The new identity had to satisfy all the existing expectations of what our original mark stands for—while simultaneously moving the brand forward.
Striving to maintain the iconic and recognizable Massachusetts mark was a primary goal. This was achieved by carefully deconstructing the existing signature and modernizing our fonts to promote legibility and accessibility. This process informed our work and perspective as we approached the challenge of defining a new brand.

Our Brand Colors
Our brand identity is strongly anchored in color across a wide range of applications. CommCorp promotes its brand identity by consistently representing these core colors.
Purple serves as the brand’s emblematic color, and blue serves as its signature color for print and electronic applications. There is an expanded color palette available for presentations and other materials. Consult the relevant style guides if you are looking for colors that are consistent with your department’s needs.
Our Sub-Logos
Each one of our programs has a unique and important purpose and deserves a unique logotype to represent it. Below, we are created a gallery of our program logos in various versions.
Every program logo can stand on its own as well as fits like a puzzle alongside the Commonwealth Corporation Logo and acronym to represent the strong foundation on which all of our programs stand.

Access Centered Justice Strategies
Commonwealth Corporation partners with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), the state Department of Youth Services (DYS) and the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development (EOLWD) to provide residential programming, mental health services, and career development opportunities to individuals. Through skill building, high quality education, and a pathway to employment, our programs enable participants to redirect their lives and break the cycle of recidivism. We empower participants to re-enter the workforce with the experience, tools and resources needed to thrive.
Industry & Occupational Strategies
Commonwealth Corporation helps employers build a competitive advantage by using data-driven, tailored grants designed to maximize impact with a focus on empowering diverse communities to solve their biggest workforce challenges. These programs aim to equip current and future generations with the tools they need to succeed in the marketplace by strategically investing in today's most pressing workforce needs while creating a more equitable and accessible society. Incumbents and unemployed workers can each access the resources and networks they need to grow their career.
Youth Advancement Strategies
Commonwealth Corporation creates opportunities for youth and young adults to define an early career trajectory and reach their highest potential. Through a mix of in-person, hybrid, and virtual work experiences, innovative programming, dynamic partnerships, and comprehensive work readiness training, we meet the emerging needs of employers and foster career exploration for participants. Our hands-on career readiness curriculum, combined with tangible outcomes, supports participants in gaining sustainable and fulfilling employment.
Brand Standards & Usage Guide
To ensure consistent usage of the brand across all media, including interface, web, collateral materials, and promotions, CommCorp has developed a Brand Standards & Usage Guide. By consistently showcasing our visual identity, we build strong brand awareness, enabling us to expand our influence and advocate for our programs. These guidelines should be followed for the most effective expression of the CommCorp brand.
