Pipeline recruitment, career advancement, and regional workforce capacity building

Overview

The regional MassHire Workforce Boards are partnering with local employers and education and training providers to respond to persistent healthcare and behavioral health workforce shortages across the Commonwealth.

These grants invest in regional partnerships to deliver training, credentialing, and employment services that connect new talent to in-demand roles and upskill existing talent to advance their careers in the industry. 

Together, these collaborative partnerships are strengthening regional strategies that meet workforce demand while preparing a trained workforce delivering vital care and support to communities across Massachusetts.
